Community Guidelines
Welcome to the Artists’ Workshop community. Just like our physical locations, social media platforms exist to support artists and foster a safe, creative environment. To protect our staff, our artists, and our supporters, we enforce the following “Zero Tolerance” policy.
1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Stalking
We do not tolerate harassment in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Targeted Harassment:
Repeatedly engaging with our posts or staff members in a way that is intended to distress, mock, or intimidate. - Off-Platform Stalking:
We reserve the right to block accounts associated with individuals who have a documented history of stalking or harassing our employees or members in the physical world or on other digital platforms. - Engagement Patterns:
Using emojis (such as laughing or mocking symbols) or repetitive comments to diminish the work of others or create a hostile environment is considered a violation of our code of conduct.
2. Protection of our Community
Our community members should feel safe engaging with our content.
- Third-Party Harassment:
Any user found to be “mining” our follower list to send unsolicited messages, “troll” followers’ personal accounts, or otherwise harass people who interact with our page will be immediately and permanently blocked.
3. Intellectual Property & Integrity
Users must respect the artists’ work. Maliciously mocking artwork or using our platform to disparage the creative process is grounds for removal.
4. Enforcement (The “Safety First” Policy)
To ensure the safety of our staff and community, Artists’ Workshop operates on a Safety First moderation model:
- Immediate Blocking:
We reserve the right to block any account that exhibits a pattern of stalking or harassment without prior warning. - Evidence Collection:
We document all instances of harassment and stalking. If an individual’s behavior violates local laws or existing protection orders, we will provide this documentation to law enforcement.
Account Reviews:
To ensure the safety of our community, restrictions related to harassment or safety violations are generally permanent. If you believe a mistake has been made regarding a policy violation, you may submit a written inquiry to communications@artistsworkshopinc.com. Please note that we prioritize the security of our members and staff in all moderation decisions.
